Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat support
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and product-related issues
- Maintain clear and professional written communication

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Class 12 pass or above
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 5 years) can apply
Salary and Benefits
- Fresher: ₹18,000 CTC (approx. ₹13,000 in-hand per month)
- Experienced (1+ year): ₹22,000 CTC (approx. ₹17,000 in-hand per month)
- Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,000

Work Schedule
- 6 working days with 1 rotational day off
- 9-hour shift (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
