Couchbase, a cloud database company known for powering enterprise-grade applications and AI-driven data solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join their team remotely from India.

About the Role

This is a full-time, work-from-home position suited for someone who genuinely enjoys building client relationships and helping customers get the most out of a product. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, guide new customers through onboarding, and work closely with sales and product teams to drive retention and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboarding new customers and supporting them through early adoption
  • Monitoring account health and stepping in before issues escalate
  • Running check-in calls, product walkthroughs, and online training sessions
  • Spotting upsell or renewal opportunities and looping in the right teams
  • Sharing customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams

What You’ll Need

Ability to work independently across time zones

At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role

Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

Strong English communication skills — written and verbal

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or IT
