Salary and Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed at Pay Matrix Level 5 under the 7th Central Pay Commission. The monthly pay ranges from ₹29,200 to ₹92,300. In addition to basic pay, standard allowances as per IISc rules will be provided. All employees joining on or after 1 January 2004 will be covered under the New Pension Scheme (NPS). The age of superannuation for this post is 60 years.

The selection will be done entirely through a Job-Oriented Aptitude Test with 100% weightage. No group discussion or personal interview is scheduled for this recruitment process.
