What Is This Job About?
In this role, you will be part of Zomato’s customer support team, handling queries from customers across India. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with order-related issues, complaints, refunds, and general service questions — all from the comfort of your home.
This is a voice-based process, which means most of your interactions will be over the phone. You will need to be comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English, as customers may reach out in either language.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates who have completed PUC (Class 12) or hold a graduation degree from any recognized institution are eligible. Graduation is not mandatory. Freshers straight out of school or college can also apply.
Communication Skills
This is a voice process, so your ability to communicate clearly matters more than your academic background. You should be comfortable holding a conversation in both English and Hindi without hesitation.
Versant Score Requirement
Candidates must have a Versant score of 5 or 6. Versant is a standard spoken language assessment used by BPO companies to evaluate communication fluency. If you have not taken this test before, you may be required to appear for it during the hiring process.

Work Schedule
