This role goes well beyond basic customer support. CACTUS is looking for someone who can take real ownership of complex client situations and drive meaningful improvements in service quality. Here is what your day to day responsibilities will look like:

You will take complete ownership of complex and high impact client issues from the moment they are raised all the way through to full resolution. This means you will not simply pass issues along to someone else but will personally see them through to the end.

You will handle sensitive escalations involving quality disputes and service disagreements. These are the kinds of situations that require calm thinking, strong communication, and the ability to find solutions that satisfy both the client and the business.

You will identify recurring patterns in client complaints and service failures and work on fixing the root causes rather than just addressing the surface level symptoms. This is a strategic part of the role that makes a real difference to the quality of service that clients receive.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across different departments to ensure that accountability is maintained and that client issues do not fall through the cracks.

You will use client feedback through Voice of Customer data to identify areas for service improvement and present your findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

You will actively work to improve key customer experience metrics including CSAT scores, completion rates, and the frequency of repeat concerns raised by clients.
