Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold the required qualification depending on the post they wish to apply for. Below are the accepted qualifications:
- ITI Trade Certificate in the relevant trade – for Trade Apprentice posts
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – for Account Executive posts
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – for HR Executive posts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology – for IT Executive posts
Only full-time courses completed from a recognised institution will be accepted. Distance learning, part-time, and correspondence qualifications are not eligible. The essential qualification must have been completed in the year 2022 or later.

Selection Process
The selection will be completely merit-based. There is no written examination or interview at this stage. Here is how candidates will be shortlisted:
