What is an Apprenticeship — Simple Explanation
Before applying, it is important to understand what an apprenticeship actually means. An apprenticeship is not a permanent job — it is a one year structured training program where you learn practical banking skills on the job. During this period you get hands on experience in areas like customer service, account handling, and banking operations. It is a great way to enter the banking sector, build your skills, and improve your chances of getting a permanent job in the future.
Think of it as learning while earning — you receive a monthly stipend and gain real banking experience at the same time.
