The Central Industrial Security Force is one of the Central Armed Police Forces operating under the Ministry of Home Affairs, working under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It was established in 1969 with the primary objective of providing industrial security across the country. Today, CISF guards vital government installations including airports, metro networks, nuclear power plants, seaports, and important heritage sites.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary under Pay Level-5 of the 7th Central Pay Commission. The pay structure is as follows:

The selection for CISF ASI Paramedical Staff 2026 will be done through five stages:

Stage 1 – Written Examination The written test will have 100 objective-type (MCQ) questions carrying 100 marks. The exam duration is 2 hours and will be conducted in OMR or CBT mode. Questions will be asked in both Hindi and English. There is no negative marking in this examination.

Stage 2 – Physical Standard Test (PST) Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for PST. At this stage, height, chest (for males), and weight will be measured strictly as per CISF norms.

Stage 3 – Document Verification Original academic certificates, date of birth proof, category certificate, trade registration documents, and other relevant papers will be verified at this stage.

Stage 4 – Basic Vocational Aptitude Test (BVAT) This is a practical trade test to check your hands-on skills and professional knowledge in your respective medical field. This round is qualifying in nature.

Stage 5 – Medical Examination All candidates who clear the above stages will undergo a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) as per CAPF medical standards. Candidates declared unfit may apply for a Review Medical Examination (RME) as per CISF guidelines.
