How to Apply
Step 1 — Download the Application Form Obtain the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) from the official IAF recruitment notification published in Employment News (2–8 May 2026) or from the official website at indianairforce.nic.in.
Step 2 — Fill in All Required Details Complete the form in English or Hindi, neatly typed or written in block letters. Paste a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided. Do not leave any mandatory field blank.
Step 3 — Attach Self-Attested Documents Enclose self-attested photocopies of all educational certificates, date of birth proof, caste or category certificate, experience certificate if required, and two passport-size photographs.
Step 4 — Prepare the Envelope Place all documents in a self-addressed envelope with a postage stamp of Rs. 10 affixed. Write clearly on the outer envelope: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ AND CATEGORY ______”
Step 5 — Dispatch Before the Deadline Send the complete application by post to the concerned Air Force Station or Unit as listed in the official notification. Applications must reach the station within 30 days from the notification publication date.
