Eligibility Criteria

Stenographer
Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent qualification, along with a shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Candidates are also required to qualify the General English, Shorthand, and Computer Typing tests conducted by NBEMS. Those with two years of prior experience as a Stenographer in a Government, Public Sector Undertaking, or Autonomous Body, along with proficiency in computer-based word processing, will be given preference.

Junior Assistant
Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a board or university recognized by the Central or State Government, a Union Territory Administration, or an equivalent educational authority. Working knowledge of computer operations and common software packages, including Windows, Network Operating Systems, and LAN architecture, is required. Candidates must also clear the examination prescribed by NBEMS.

Deputy Director (Medical)
Candidates should hold a recognized postgraduate medical qualification in the relevant specialty as per the Medical Council Act, 1956. Preference will be given to candidates who have undergone training in Medical Education Technology and possess knowledge of modern assessment techniques, including the preparation of MCQs/MEQs and evaluation of candidate performance.

Junior Programmer
Candidates must hold a B.Tech/B.E., BCA, DOEACC ‘B’ Level or ‘C’ Level certification, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics with a specialization in Computers, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution or university.

Junior Accountant
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics or Statistics as a subject, from a recognized university. Candidates must also qualify the examination prescribed by NBEMS. Those with three years of experience in maintaining accounts and records, along with knowledge of computer-based accounting in a Government or similar institution, will be given preference.

Age Limit (as on 20 July 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 27 to 35 Years (post-wise; varies by position)
