Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Graduation degree from any recognized university or institution. This is the only educational requirement for this post.
Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026):

Important Note: Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship at SBI or any other organization are not eligible to apply. Also, candidates who have more than one year of work experience after their graduation are not eligible for this engagement.
Stipend During Training
Selected applicants will be paid a stipend of ₹15,000 per month throughout the one-year apprenticeship training. Apart from the monthly stipend, no additional salary, allowance, or extra benefits will be applicable during the training period.
After successfully completing the training and passing the required skill evaluation test, candidates will receive a joint National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by SBI and NSDC. This certificate also gives candidates a special advantage and weightage if they apply for the post of Junior Associate in SBI in the future.

Selection Process
The selection will happen in two stages:
