About This Recruitment

AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited, commonly known as AAICLAS, is a fully owned subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India. The company manages air cargo business and ground handling operations at airports across the country. AAICLAS has released two separate recruitment notifications in May 2026 for the posts of Security Screener Fresher and Assistant Security on a Fixed Term Contract basis for three years. This is a good opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the aviation sector at major airports across India. Both male and female candidates from all states of India are eligible to apply. Only online applications will be accepted.

Fee is payable online through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Wallet. Bank charges if any will be borne by the candidate. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Eligibility Criteria – as on 01 May 2026

Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01 May 2026

Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University or Institution with minimum 60 percent marks for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. SC and ST candidates need minimum 55 percent marks. Marks must be entered in numeric form only while filling the online application. CGPA format will not be accepted.

Language: Candidates must be able to read and speak English and Hindi. Knowledge of local language is an added advantage.

Salary and Pay Structure

Initially after joining, selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month during the training period. Once all required certification examinations are successfully cleared, the salary will be revised as follows:

Additional benefits include TA DA equivalent to three tier AC rail fare when deputed on tour, Privilege Leave 18 days per year, Half Pay Leave 12 days, Casual Leave 9 days, Restricted Holiday 2 days, Medical Insurance reimbursement up to Rs 10,000 per year for self and family, PF contribution as per EPF Act, and Gratuity as applicable.

Training Details After Joining

All training costs for the first attempt are fully paid by AAICLAS including travel arrangements. The training schedule is as follows:

If a candidate fails in the first attempt, their stipend will be reduced to Rs 10,000 per month. In the second attempt, if the candidate fails again, the contract will be terminated immediately. All training costs for the second attempt must be borne by the candidate.

Surety Bond

After selection, candidates must submit a surety bond of Rs 1,50,000 on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 duly notarized. This means if a candidate leaves the job before completing three years after training, they will have to pay Rs 1,50,000 back to AAICLAS.

Medical Fitness Requirements

Before joining, shortlisted candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate covering the following points. Eye and colour blindness examination must be clear. Vision and hearing must be unimpaired. Candidate must be able to identify objects highlighted by X-ray equipment. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Candidate must have good physical strength.

Job Profile: The selected candidates will assist in airport operational work including passenger baggage handling, loading and unloading of baggage from conveyor belts and X-ray machines, and other multi-tasking activities assigned from time to time. Candidates who are not willing to lift baggage should not apply.

How to Apply Online – Step by Step Process

Step 1 – Visit the Official Website Go to the official AAICLAS website at www.aaiclas.aero and click on the Career section.

Step 2 – Find the Advertisement Look for Advertisement No 01 of 2026 for Security Screener or Advertisement No 02 of 2026 for Assistant Security and click on Apply Now.

Step 3 – Fill the Application Form Enter all your personal details, educational details, and select the location you want to apply for. Remember you can apply for only one location. Enter your marks in numeric form only.

Step 4 – Upload Documents Upload your passport size photograph and scanned signature within the required size limit of 20 KB each. Attach all required documents in the correct format.

Step 5 – Pay the Application Fee Pay the application fee online using Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Wallet. Save your payment receipt.

Step 6 – Submit and Save Submit your application form and take a printout for future reference. Your Email ID must remain active throughout the selection process as all communication will happen through email only.

Selection Process

Candidates with higher percentage marks in their qualifying examination will be called first for online interaction. Shortlisting will be done in phases based on the number of vacancies available at each location. A merit list will be prepared based on marks secured in the interview. Simply appearing in the interview does not guarantee selection.

Important Things to Remember

Only one application per candidate is accepted. You can apply for only one location.

All communication from AAICLAS will be sent to your registered email only. No letters will be sent by post. Keep your email active until the entire process is complete.

Email ID once entered in the form cannot be changed under any circumstances.

If you are currently working in any government department or PSU, you must submit an NOC from your present employer.

No TA or DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.

The notice period for resignation is minimum 3 months. Candidates who leave without serving the notice period will not receive any experience letter and must deposit 3 months salary to AAICLAS.

Candidates who were previously selected in AAICLAS in the last 3 years and were terminated due to failure in training are not eligible to apply again.

Posting location can be changed anywhere in India as per operational requirements. Candidates not willing to serve on All India basis should not apply.
