Job Responsibilities of MTS
Selected candidates appointed as Multi Tasking Staff will be required to carry out the following duties:
Physical maintenance and upkeep of records in their section
General cleanliness and maintenance of the section
Carrying files and documents to other sections
Photocopying and delivering dak (official mail)
Opening and closing the section or room as required
Dusting of furniture and keeping the workspace tidy
Preparation and supply of tea and coffee to officials and guests
Any other work assigned by superior officers from time to time
Exam Pattern — Written Test for MTS
The selection will be based on an OMR-based or Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination. The exam will be bilingual — questions will be set in both English and Hindi except for the English Language section.

Guidelines for PwBD Candidates Using Scribe
Visually impaired candidates or candidates whose writing speed is affected due to permanent disability may use their own scribe at their own cost. The scribe must be from a qualification one step below that of the candidate. Candidates using a scribe are eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of examination. Candidates must indicate their requirement for a scribe in the online application form itself. Any request made later may not be accepted.
